2024 Moulin de Gassac Chardonnay was first established in 1909Floral and aromatic, this is a white wine that, despite its modest denomination and location, beautifully reveals all the aromas of the Chardonnay grape. It's been cultivated following a respectful agriculture and harvested at the optimum point ripeness. Then the grapes are selected, de stemmed and pressed and the resulting must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature. Finally, it remains on its lees before bottling.
