Even by my standards this is pretty bonkers. This tutu will swish and swoosh most pleasingly and the prints feel like being doused in a bucket of multi coloured bubblegum paint. It fastens with poppers at the side and is a UK size 10 12. It's my favourite piece for a long time to be honest.
